Hi, I’m Sepi, a skilled and heart-centered Certified Life and Relationship Coach, and your partner in creating transformative ways to deal with anxiety, fear, depression or whatever’s holding you back from living your best life.

I found my calling and my true purpose to coach others to reach their full potential after a big period of my own transformation.

I was born and raised in Iran and faced many challenges during my teenage years.  I suffered from anxiety and depression as I struggled to face reality in that my life wasn’t making me happy.

My parents had a turbulent marriage and I found myself in the path of an unfulfilling career in computer science.  It was then, in my heart that I knew there was a better life with more happiness and fulfillment in store for me.

I had to prepare myself for a long journey and hard work.

Finding My Purpose

I’ve always had a keen interest in relationships and human emotion (really, what makes us tick and connects us to each other).  This curiosity was so strong that I made the decision to move to the United States and pursue my Master’s Degree in Spiritual Psychology.

It was then, during a class on meditation that I experienced a vision.  In this vision, I was teaching the concept and the deep rooting of emotions and love to others.  I was overwhelmed with emotions as I knew that this was my calling in life.

After getting my M.A in Spirtiual Psychology with an emphasis in Consciousness, Health and Healing  from University Of Santa Monica in Los Angeles, I decided to continue this jouney and become a coach. 

I became certified in the esteemed Robert Holden Coaching Training, also as a Strategic Intervention Coach in Advanced Relationship Training from the prestigious Tony Robbins Institute.

I’ve had the pleasure of helping clients from across the globe to reach new levels in their potential through my deeply compassionate, intelligent and strategic approach to working through emotional obstacles.

  • Sepideh knows how to guide me into seen my bigger self in any situation that I am going through. She does it in a loving a caring way, by using her knowledge, her intuition and her ability to naturally connect with her clients.
